1. Payment Questions

1.1 Paypal shopping cart is not working. "Error 3005" displayed. What can I do?

Simple! You should delete all paypal related cookies. Not working? Please delete all cookies, quit your browser, and try again.

1.2 What type of payments do you accept? (I live in Canada. Can I pay with a Canadian money order?)

Online orders are payable with Paypal, checks or money orders.
Please note that orders may be delayed up to 10 business days until the check is processed and clears.

International customers who intend to pay with money order must send an International Postal Money Order. We cannot accept any other kind of money order due to the high financial charges requested at financial institutions for cashing it.

You can make payments with eCheck from Paypal, personal checks or money orders.

1.4 How can I pay with a check or money order?

For orders payable by personal check or money order, please copy the "Product Code" and "Title" of the Anime dvd/s you wish to purchase from MegAnimedvd.com, and send them together with your name and shipping address to:

After we received your email, we will send the confirmation letter to you, including the total price for your order with the shipping charges and applicable taxes included. You will then need to write a check or obtain a money order for the total. Please make your check or MO (money order) payable to "Meganime DVD."

All checks and money orders should be received by MegAnimeDVD.com within 7 business days, otherwise, the order is cancelled automatically. You may, however, contact us to extend the reservation time on your ordered items.

How long does shipping take?

We use USPS Priority mail for most orders, as it is the most
effective method. It will usually take around 1-3 business days.

We have the best shipping policy for DVDs on the internet!

A flat fee rate of $6.00 applies to each U.S. (domestic) shipment, regardless of the number of Anime dvds purchased from MegAnimeDVD.com.

There is an 8.25% tax fee for California Residents.

If you cannot find item on our site, then it is currently out
of stock. However, it might be on the way since we are always

4.3 I have a Sony PS 2/XBOX. Can I play your DVD on them?

4.4 Is my DVD player going to be able to play your titles?

4.5 Can I play the DVD on my computer DVD-ROM?

Import DVD will work fine on ANY NTSC DVD players / game
consoles (w/ DVD playback capability) / DVD-ROM on computer
as import titles are usually region-free. You can check whether
certain title is region-free or not in DVD description page.

However, please note that US domestic DVD (region 1) only
runs on region 1 DVD player.

5. International Ordering Questions

5.1 Do you ship internationally? If so, how can I order?

We take orders from all over the world.

For International orders, please copy the "Product Code"
and "Title" of the Anime dvd/s you wish to purchase from MegAnimedvd.com, and send them together with your name
and shipping address to:

You will receive a confirmation letter from us within one business
day regarding your order's total, including shipping charges (depending on the international destination).

5.2 How do I know the shipping charges for international shipments?

We will charge actual shipping rates. Rate will be $9.00 USD for
Canada, and $12 USD for Europe for a 3-DVD set.

Please e-mail us for specific questions regarding international orders.

You may be charged by customs, duties, or taxes on your package once it arrives in your country. We cannot assume any responsibility for any duties, taxes or other charges your package may incur through customs. These charges, if any, must be taken care of by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we have no control over these policies or circumstances, nor can we predict what,
if any, effect your country's customs office will have on your package. If you have any questions about whether your package will be examined or levied, you should contact your local customs office for more information.

5.3 What if my shipment is seized?

MegAnimeDVD.com is not responsible for the customs seizure of
adult products. Though all shipments are in plain boxes, customs does check many packages. Please check with your local government before ordering adult products.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Questions

6.1 What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

All sales are final and no returns are accepted except for defective merchandise and incorrect shipments. All defective items and incorrect shipments must be reported within one week of receipt of merchandise. And when returning incorrect shipments, they must still be in mint and unopened condition. Make sure to put a brief note of problem you are experiencing.

6.2 After I receive the shipment, if the item is defective, how can I exchange it?

If all the DVDs are defective, the customer should ship the item
back to us and we will pay for the shipping, and we will send out the new product once we receive the defective one. If only one disc of a multi-disc set is defective, then the customer should ship only the single defective disc, and once we receive the disc, we will ship the new disc.

For both situations, we will send a shipping refund check to the customer along with the replacement. Defective items should be shipped back to us by First Class mail only.

6.3 After I receive the product, how can I exchange it?

Only defective or incorrectly shipped items may be exchanged.
Item to be exchanged must still be in its original manufacturer's packaging and in mint condition.

Shipping charges incurred by the customer for postage from returning an item to us will not be reimbursed in any way, and is an independent responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue an exchange as soon as possible, so that you may enjoy your Anime without further delay.

Please do not send any merchandise back to us for return/exchange/refund without prior notification by e-mail or
your request may not be processed and your items lost. Please
specify your name, the product to be exchanged, and reason for "exchange" in your request.

6.4 How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please notify us by email at:

We may cancel your order as long as the order has not yet been processed and dispatched. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, there is no way we can stop it, and in which case, you may "refuse delivery" of the package once it arrives. Shipping fees will NOT be refundable. If any unusual return situations should occur, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for each return.

6.5 If I paid by money order and returned the order, how can I get my refund?

We will send you a check as soon as we receive your return. However, this is subject to the condition of the returned merchandise, whether it is in mint condition and still restockable.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.6 If I paid by Paypal and returned the order, how can I get my refund?

We will send a money to your Paypal account as soon as we receive your return. This is subject to the condition of the returned merchandise, whether it is in mint condition and still restockable.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
